4. Access and Subscription

5. Refund Policy

If a purchased video does not deliver the expected result, the user may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refund conditions:
– No more than 30% of the video has been watched;
– User provides feedback explaining why the video did not meet expectations;
– Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during the purchase.
